Yesterday I started a Pilates class. Not sure yet whether I enjoyed it or not. I had forgotten from the last time I tried it (some 8 years ago) how hard it is to engage my muscles and my mind, all at the same time and remember to breathe. Its definitely not like running where you can 'check out' while you body does the exercise.
Pilates - trains the mind to control and direct the body.
