Photo Record

The last 2 weeks have been busy with rugby, visitors and end of school year activities. It seems strange that the beginning of summer is not bringing Christmas and the beginning of a new year, but it is still bringing the busyness of end of school shows, reports, fun school activities and the rush to buy teacher appreciation gifts.
These photos are just a small collection of what we have been up to.

Excitement in the house that Mum has keep alive a plant all year and it is even flowering
Last day of school, celebration lunch
Molly as narrator and one of the singers for both the Georgian and English department shows
Lily with her teacher. Thanks Miss Stephaine for just 'getting' Lily
Lily singing her heart out at her show, she was a oak tree leaf and a beautiful monarch butterfly. Slack mother, no photos of the butterfly and I really should be showing off about that costume.
Watching rugby. Series included SA Presidents, Ireland A, Georgia and Uruguay. Unfortunately not always the results we wanted.
Yes I'm watching Daddy. The things done while watching rugby.
Breakfast baking. Good old fashioned cinnamon pinwheels recipe, with a shape adaption.
The girls school had a count down for the last month of school, each day was a different theme starting with the appropriate letter of the alphabet. This day was your country. I'm not sure what I was thinking when I packed our bags in NZ but I put not one thing in it that could be used for a school culture day.
Lucky for us we had photos and google images and all our experience at making plastic bag poi. Couldn't convince them to add a moko
Play date facepainting
Molly was in an after school activity called Destination Imagination. Hard to explain check out the website. But at the end of the school year the teams compete against each other in different challenges. Molly with some of her friends.
Visits to the theme park
Gymnastics competitions
High temps already
Cable car rides to the park
Weekly fireworks displays. Great to watch from our balcony.
And just hanging out
