Happy Halloween

Do we or don't we celebrate?
What are we celebrating?
What is the candy for?

There are many expats in Tbilisi, the largest community being the American, so it was only natural for Halloween to be celebrated. I tried my hardest to ignore the constant emails about the up and coming event that was being organized for the children but with the girls each having American teachers it was easier said than done. So we begged and borrowed bits and pieces of costumes and joined the trick or treating. Molly a green nymph fairy and Lily Aerial, really she looked like a crazy bride. They had great fun and ate huge amounts of candy, oh yes we find ourselves calling lollies candy now.
