Well, the week so far went well with the disguise of the kefir, apart from a breakfast power smoothie, but I'm guessing it was the texture of the blended rolled oats. Breakfast all in one, if it had of gone down the hatch. The fruit smoothies have been so popular that Molly has been asking to have one before gymnastics everyday. Good idea but thats another story, what to give children before long training sessions.
I started the week with only 1/3 cup of kefir, banana, frozen berries, kiwi fruit and some fresh orange juice. I slowly added more kefir everyday up to 1/2 cup all going great. May it last.
